Caroline Andrew is the Director of the Centre on Governance of the University of Ottawa. Her research fields are municipal politics and urban development,
particularly as they relate to the link between community groups seeking equity and local governments. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the
Ottawa Local Immigration Partnership (OLIP) and of the Community-University Research Alliance (CURA), Welcoming Communities. She is also a member of the board of the initiative, A City for All Women, and President of the board of Women in Cities International.
